New 4X Fish hawk Issues

Gentlemen, had my new Fish Hawk Probe on last weekend and it was recording a temp of 3.5 degrees 50 feet down, Now I thought this to be strange, so did the Manufacture, who informs me they are having issues with the newly designed probe and want mine back in exchange for another new one tested at their facility. So all of you that might be having issues that bought them new this year, send it back for a new one..Just so all of you know, the speed was correct at 2.3MPH athte ball, it was the temp I was concerned with, shouldn't I have caught some frozen fish?????
