1mainiac Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 You know I am in Nick see you there as long as the water is deep enough for me to get in and out I will fish it.
1mainiac Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 Nick scared them off with his new boat and winning the first one.
Paulywood Posted June 1, 2009 Author Posted June 1, 2009 There are fewer people fishing the League this year for different reasons. Thata being said, I think more people will sign up as they get a better idea of whata the weather will be. I am planning on 10+ teams for this week.
Just Hook'n Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 Sweet. Weather should be SUPER. Come on everyone, We need to take Nick's money.
fishsniffer Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 make a no lake trout rule and you should be able to cut nicks catch in half:secret:
Paulywood Posted June 2, 2009 Author Posted June 2, 2009 Hey now, just because I have my laker program down pat there is no reason to bash the Grease Trap, I mean Sugar Mama.
DIRTY DOG Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 Hey now, just because I have my laker program down pat there is no reason to bash the Grease Trap, I mean Sugar Mama.now that funny!
1mainiac Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 I won't weigh another laker unless it is over 25 lbs or the only fish I have.
Just Hook'n Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 Nick, lines wet at 5 right? We are planning on leaving the dock at 4, so I will pay you at the weigh in if that is cool. Still chanel 72???? I'll check 68 and 72 so I am sure we will find you.

Just Hook'n Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 nick, great job again man. the only suggestion I have is that if we could get everyone to agree to run 9 poles, that would be more worth burning the gas, especially with the depths we are starting to run out to. If not, I know it keeps it fair. Maybe we could put it to a vote when people are signing up for each event. Just an idea. I know it would match the 15 fish limit (3 man). I posted some pictures on the site. Put them in here: http://www.greatlakesfisherman.com/gallery/browseimages.php?c=12&userid= Hope that is the right place. Thanks again man. Can't wait for the next one.
1mainiac Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 Gotta say I sure would prefer a 9 rod event. It costs too much in boat gas to be rod limited and I have considered dropping out and running my rod's a few times. I can see trying to keep it a fun even event but am pretty sure all of us are setup to run more than 6 rods. We most likely put on over 40 miles between trolling and running yesterday and I don't want to think about my gas bill for that but to put in thart much of a effort and only be able to run 6 rods is tough.
DIRTY DOG Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 hey ive been saying ide like a 9 rod limet for some time also
