bad customer service from penn..

i am about sick of the service you get from all these big companys.i called penn today to order some line pauls for a 330 gti,common part that wears out with use.i was told they dont have any in stock call back in a few weeks,no i can take your name and call when they arrive or they dont even say sorry those are not avalible right now.the wife and i own a small pizza joint and believe customer service is important,i wish they did:( how do you run out of a 10 cent part that every reel you sell has in it

Maybe you can pick up the clicker pawl from a local repair shop. I replaced 2 last year one on a Penn #9 and one on a 209.
