GLF Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Its time to have a get together and meet a few of the members from the website. We may also drink a few barley pops and swap fish stories. Fishermans Landing has a nice boat launch, fish cleaning station(with a freezer to keep your cleaned fish until you leave) and a campground with electric and showers.Last time I spoke with Deb(Manager at Fishermans Landing), the launch fee is not part of your campsite fee, and will need to be paid for seperately. I believe the use of the fish cleaning station is included in the fee. I will double check on both of these. My sons and I will be getting a camp site, instead of sleeping on the boat at my marina.Bring your family and spend a couple of days fishing and chatting with us.
1mainiac Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 I will make it at least one day if not both but since only across town will likely just hang out and either sleep on the boat or drive home Sat night.
Paulywood Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 My wife and I plan on being there that weekend. Maybe have a potluck or something?
GLF Posted April 30, 2009 Author Posted April 30, 2009 Nick just pointed out to me that the 23rd is also a GLFTT event. The outing will still go on as planned. I will be on channel 72 all day, and back to Fishermans Landing by 1pm to do the weigh in.
GLF Posted May 13, 2009 Author Posted May 13, 2009 Things have came up, and its looks like I will only be there on Saturday.
