SEADUCKTION Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 I had the pleasure of being able to fish with Capt Steve of Angling Adventures on Tues 4-14-09, it was the little guy's day for sure. We started a little later, this was going to be a fun trip for all. We floated the upper, saw fish through the whole float. I think the final tally was 13 or 14 hooked, and 5 in the boat, but the little guy got 4 out of the 5, and hooked 5 on his own. Fish came on sacs and PW's differant colors were working well. With the high sun the bite died after noon, it got pretty tough, but we managed a few more. I have not figured out if Green Dolphin wanted to fish, or just eat lunch. From 8 am on he wanted to know when the cooker was coming out. lol OK enough of the talk, here are the pics, all fish were released to fight another day. The only down fall I saw on our trip was the ungodly amount of TRASH on the banks, and I am talking along the whole bank. Steve and I talked we are hoping to get a cleanup day set up to try and pick up some of the trash. All it takes is a few minutes on your way out to grab a small bag of trash and the banks would look much better. GD and I want to Thank Steve for a wonderful day on the river, and if you want to learn the river he is a top notch guide, and knows the river like the back of his hand, just like most of the others here. We look forward to getting out again, now I have to figure a way to even up the numbers between GD and SHP. lol Rich
