Thanks Button Added

I added a "Thanks" button modification to the forums. You can only use the "Thanks" button on other peoples posts. This also keeps track of how many times you have been thanked in your posts.

The new stats on the right side show you how many time you have said "Thanks", and how many time and in how many posts you have been "Thanked".
