24 volt trolling time.

I know there are plenty of variables but I am wondering....

With a 24 volt 70 lb thrust on a 18 foot alluminum hull boat and two hefty batteries, approximatly how long will they last while fishing?

Are you using them for trolling or stop and go fishing like bass fishing? It also depend on how fast you are moving.

I had a 19' Basscat bass boat with a 200HP Merc with this set up. I could fish for 8 hours and more without a battery issue. I was not running it on high speed.

You should be able to fish for at least 6 - 8 hours without a problem.

Rick, I got almost the same setup.

Constant use, I get about 6-7 hours. Stop and go, sun-up to sun-down.
