Northport or Elk Rapids Fishing????

Has anyone fished Northport or Elk Rapids? We have a 320 sundancer Sea Ray, I know it's not a fishing boat, but we enjoy it and love catching fish, would love some advice for this area , it seems this is the area we seem to stay in, it's kinda of our home.

Any advice taken.

i just mapquested it id say, looks good you could fish fall in the bay and a good place to bug-out for a approaching storm....but iam sure a local guy could tell ya more or just hang around the docks or fish cleaning station and ask......most guys love to brag about the days catch.....or try a local bait shop usually good spot for info!!
