Priority1 Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Some leftover Salmon or Smoked Salmon pieces. I can of cream of something soup. Milk. Leftover potatoes, or nuke a medium or two small potatoes. Cut fish and potatoes into small pieces add everything in a small saucepan, heat season and eat. Add the milk until the right consistency is achieved. I season it with onion powder and black pepper. I'm eating a bowl of it as I type. This is my kind of cooking. A man, a can, and a plan.
Satisfaxion_Gauranteed Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 That does sound easy. I'm going to try that with some of my leftover fish the next time I make it.Thanks for the tip.
CAC Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Thanks Frank,I will definately try that. I have a lot of salmon from this summer and wondering what I can do with it all. I love soup and stews. Usually I make a couple batches of whitefish stew in the winter so I hope to get a couple of good salmon stew recipes.
