1mainiac Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 Not me hate the ride out from the launch and always seems like more idiots fish there. Every time I go there I swear I will never go back I don't mind driving the boat down from Muskegon but won't launch there.Tight LinesJim
GLF Posted August 30, 2008 Author Posted August 30, 2008 I think there are people problems at every port.
1mainiac Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 True which is why I will drive the boat down that way but won't launch from there. Mostly dislike the battle at the launch ramp and the long idle out to the lake. Even worse is to launch at Fruitport which is 3 miles from my house but seems like a all day event to get to the big lake. So I either blast down to Grand Haven from Muskegon or up from Port Sheldon for me either one beats the endless drive down the channel. Tight LinesJim
GLF Posted September 3, 2008 Author Posted September 3, 2008 I'm in, I just booked a slip at Barretts for this.
Paulywood Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Good luck Mike! I will be drinking beer and watching the Spartans (Steve Spurrier quote) "hang half a hundred" on J-Claw and the Irish.
ceme Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 I'll be out. Will anyone be at the captains meeting tonight?
