wHAT AM i DOING WRONG...

Went out on Grand Traverse Bay for 2 hours, of Fishing... At 4pm cught nothing at all,second time out and nothing, what am I doing wrong?

Used Dipsey's and flasher boards,used a spoon wth one and Fly with another, nothing...

Please help..

Was anyone around you catching fish? Need more info water depth and temp 4pm not a great time to fish for Salmon as they tend to be laying on the bottom during daylight hours. Water has warmed a lot down here moving the fish out to deeper water. Way to many varibles to give a good answer without more info.

I hear they have been doing well over there but I don't have any details. I agree with Maniac if I was only going to fish 2hrs it would be 7 pm-9pm or something like that. Or 5am-7am for what it's worth.
