  14. Now to figure out why the radio shuts off when I try to run it at 25 Watts. I would assume it is for the same reason that it shows low power for no real reason. (This could take a while)" I assumed the battery was low the first time I had this happen, I got home and checked them. 100%. Any ideas?? Anyone that can help fix this (I have no idea what I am doing with wiring) will recieve a free dinner, beer of choice and a fishing trip:)

  16. Lines are done... New rod holders mounted, cooler fixed, Now to figure out why the radio shuts off when I try to run it at 25 Watts. 17. We had 3 hits/slaps as well....
  18. What a odd morning.... After a late start (Wife made breakfast) My father in law and I decided to see if we could sneak in a fish or 2 before the wind picked up. After heading out of the channel I headed SW to way points I had marked Monday night and set down. 20 minutes later we had a triple. After tangling the 300 copper and 200 copper both with fish on the diver was in the boat with a king. I started working on the 300 copper and get the fish to the back of the boat and the 200 copper was tangled on it. I managed to hand line the last 50 yards of the 300 copper and fish number 2 was now flopped in the back of my 17 foot Lowe. I cut the leader on the 300 and managed to get it 90% un tangled only to have be hand lining the 3rd fish in. After a half hour of untangling and so forth I managed to save everything other than a leader. Another half hour later I had all the rods back in the water and I could resume my crackers as I drove through the soup that was the fog on the lake. A few more hits, 1 more connect and loss and 2 more fish in the boat it was time to go as the wind and waves had been building. Ended the day 5 for 9 3 kings/1 shaker/ 1 steelhead 1 fish connected and fought and lost and 3 fish that hit and no one home. Hot set ups 8 in pro troll glow with green dots with a white/green fly (1 fish 1 lost) BLL Mod Blue Veggie on the 300 copper (3 fish 2 lost) Blue chilly willy standard SS 200 copper (1 fish 1 lost) Picts 1 fish not pictured becuase he was released at the side of the boat. 2 hot spoons for the day Mod. Blue Veggie by BLL (300 copper) What is left of my blue chilly willy (200 copper) My father in law and Dave Ash with a small days catch
  19. Anyone do it?? Done it?? Recomend someone that does? After some bashing at the dock from Sixshooter about the messed up paintjob on my boat, I figued I would at least price out how much it would be to get the boat re painted.
  20. They have been working for me, just as much as any other flasher fly. What I have noticed is you need to run at least 2 in your set up and you will get more hits. I normally run one on a diver with a flasher and then another one clean on a rigger. Silver and black cut plug w/ a gator flasher has been good.
  21. Thanks....I have been doing well on a Gator flasher with a black silver brads plug. I have been trying a bunch of other combos to find another one that works. I will put Mt. Dew one together today. How far are you running between the flasher and the plug?
  22. A little bit of reports, a little bit of past knowlage, and and a little bit of luck.. Examples: Mornings I set up farther inside then I normally would right now because the bait is close to the piers and the steel are starting to come in. I know the fish are around 80 FOW I will set in 50- 60 and troll with the waves until I get lines set. I will run into the waves just so I can set with the waves and get back to my spot. At night I do the opposite, If the fish has been in 80 I run out to 100 to 120 and troll with the waves twards shore untill everything gets set. As for the spot I want to be, If I fished the night before, I mark waypoints. If I have not fishe din a while networking all the way.
  23. Ben, N wind and E wind are going to bring the fish closer to shore.. by the weekend:)
  24. Rob, I will have to ask my wife if she took anymore. I just looked on my camera and that is what I found. Maybe she took some more with hers?? I will make sure to take some more next time around.
