2 riggers here.... small boat, Love fishing long copper and lead up high:)

My flasher fly bite has been DEAD!!! I have been running them and nothing going.

Nick we have been running 75 and cutting as needed if it gets less then 25 we retie.

I have always wondered how FF on the copper would go. I never knew if my spread in copper would tangle so I never tried. Port Rigger Diver 350 250 5 color STRBD Rigger Diver 300 200 2 color I figured my deep and mid copper were to close and would tangle, so I never tried it.

I will try and send them farther back this weekend I have been running up to 50 feet back, time to go back farther I guess. As Nailer said the 32 pound copper has been HOT anything from 200 all the way to 350:) Divers had been going well with white/green flasher with white green flies till this past weekend. All of a sudden nothing in 4 trips last weekend. Time to put some spoons on those as well. On the riggers I even started running a FLORO leader..... on well in time the bite will come lol Thanks for the come back guys.

I can't catch a fish on my riggers:( Anyone have anything going on them, that I can try. Tried spoons J plugs meat cut plugs Divers have been dead with FF as well About to change the divers over to spoons and run the FF on the riggers, at least I would get more hits on the divers. Copper and lead has been great... everything else in the boat has been worthless.

Got it withing 50 feet of the boat and the hooks came loose... What worked for us this morning 3-9 North of Holland 200 to 230 Blue SD blue fly BLL green yellow UV BLL Mod Blue Veggie North Troll worked for me 2.9- 3.3 Sounded like people did better between 125-175.

Monday.... 10-15 mixed bag of Kings/steel/lakers We never left 90 FOW Managed a triple Hotness Meat plugs Blue killer SD W/ Blue killer fly Half moon bloody nose on 200 copper Tin can with teaser and spin glow SOG 1.8-2.1 Tuesday AM (All inside 100 FOW) 4-6 3 lakers 1 king Blue killer SD W/ Blue killer fly (twice) Meat plug on the bottom (1 fish) Tin can teaser spin glow (1 fish) SOG 1.8-2.1 Wed. AM (All inside 100 FOW) 2-3 1 18# king 1 laker Big lake lures streaker on an SWR White Doger with green Spin Glow (twice) SOG 1.5-1.8 Monday and Tuesday the fish happend to be in the same spot, Wed the fish have moved. I had been fishing N to S and picking up fish. Today I marked a hand full of fish and took hits from 3 of them. The water on the bottom 10 feet is cold, and the fish are around. Lakers are fish too;) I have been running longer leaders to my spin glows and finding that to work better then the short. Hope this helps.

what are you running behind the cow bells?? how far back??

Are they as bad farther out as they are inside 100 FOW?? When do they start to go away? or at least not be sooooo bad.

All spring we spank fish on thin fins, why don't we run them say on a 350 copper?? I think I may have to try this... has anyone else?

hmmmm... we found 2 of those today in 40 fow on Hollandpipper.... they like 10 in paddles with flys and bright color spoons

Make sure you put those BLL down... they have done wonders for me this year;)

Blue silver flasher fly... has done well right at light and dark

Watch out for the 2 nav bouys on the S side of the lake in 1.5 FOW.
