  1. should have fished this morning, but thought it was going to be rough as snot. ... I was wrong... So sleeping in was a good second option.
  2. Between Holland and SH
  3. Went 4.5 yesterday... 1 king/coho 1 brown 2 steel. Lost another brown at the net. 4 other fish lost to a rookie.
  4. 300 feet of 45 pound gets down a ways, I use the 32 pound and if I want to get it down farther I have run 4 oz dive bombs on them without issue. I know my 350 with a 4 oz dive bomb hits around 100 feet
  5. 1 2 3 colors of lead are worth the 12 dollar investment
  6. I found a 5.25 in Jointed x rap.... prolly for musky, why would it not work. Its not that much bigger than some of the mag spoons we run.
  7. Anyone ever try using 6-8 in swim baits for kings? Think it would work???
  8. 300 foot of 32 pound copper hits 90-100 feet depending on the location 350 105 to 110. I am going to add a 300 this year and run a 4 oz DB on it and then run another 300 on the second spot on the tree.
  9. Don, I have used 2 to a side before. I have tanged them and I have done well on them. What I did... 350 copper let it out 150 feet put on the first dive bomb of 5 oz. send it out on the board 2nd rod 250 copper let it out 150 feet put on a 2 oz dive bomb put it in the shoot holder and let it plane out. Clip it to the board and send it way back and swing it around. 3rd rod I was a chicken and ran a 5 color. over the top I would then adjust the spacing between the rods. The only time I ran into problems with this is turn with a heavy current.
  10. 4-5 oz dive bomb on a 350 copper... = KILLER!!
