Well, i didnt make the big run up north today as we were just fun fishing, but i do wish we woulda trailered up there. We left LBM and headed up towards 1 and 2. Set down east of 3 and 4 and trolled NE with the little bit of a wave there was. Started hitting fish right away. Worked that spot the whole time we were out and boated 40-45 fish, 16 of which were legal size. So, we kept our 15 and called it a day. Chart beads w/tommy harris holographic perch and bait rigs astrobrite silver melon got the work done behind 1 oz. inline weights. Ran BB too, but they were pretty dead for me today. Really suprised me after being so productive the last couple of days. Took a few fish on them, but nothing to write home about. Tried some slow deaths on them as well and took about 4 fish. Looking forward to trying them a bit more when the bouncer bite is on. All in all, another great day in walleye country.

Thats so true. Ill be sure to come over next time i see the Priority one backing down the launch. Fished in our tournament today. Same area, boated around 40 or so walleye and landed ourselves a 5th place finish. Had allot of fun with some good friends, the fish cooperated and the weather was absolutely perfect...Couldnt ask for more. Fish were deep again, 95% or better came on BB right on bottom. Fished in 36' of water. Speed 0.9-1.0...Chart was HOT!!!

Nice work Frank. I seen you at the launch this morning. Was gonna come over and say hey, but you looked busy rigging the rod trees etc...So, we took off. Wasnt long and i seen you pulled outta the dock....DOH!!!...Oh well, ill catch ya next time. Got a tournament in the AM. We found plenty of fish too...What a beautiful day out there!
