    Nice job Dan...Dont feel bad, i heard allot of reports of tough going today. We got about 20 fish in all, but we worked for em. Fished off of Augres today and it was completely devoid of fish in a handful of places that have been productive for us lately. Had to head back to run all the way down to the channel to get em going good.

    Thanks for having me Jay, i had a blast fishing with you. It wasnt easy at first, but we got it done...Persistance definitely paid off yesterday...what a riot!!! Heres the pics from yesterday..Dont know why my date stamp is so daffy though???

    Thanks for the report on both the fishing and the nets out there. Much appreciated. Nice job on the fish, you can only do as well as what you have to work with.

    Great points fellas. I also use the milk ritual when i take fish from the freezer. I'll also add that you should remove all the silver skin on the belly as well as all the red meat from the skin side of the fillet. Next i like to "zip" our walleye to remove the center row of bones from the fillet.

    Well, it sounds like you guys had some fun...Thats what its all about. Hopefully you have a couple youngsters hooked on big lake fishing...Theres no better place to be!
