  1. Congratulations...Thats a great buck!!! What a big body...and look at those brow tines!!! yeah boy!!!
  2. I shoot Thunderhead or Muzzy 3 blade 100 gn heads. If i shoot a deer i check the blades. Any with knicks get replaced. I check for sharpness on the others and if theyre good they stay on. Sometimes you get luck and sneak between the ribs and they dont get messed up.
  3. My buddy John makes those. He actually won a tournament and placed pretty high in a few others using them. He also has walleye.
  4. Well thats good to hear Dan. I sure hope they didnt breed!!!
  5. Nice way to disguise the ball so to speak.
  6. Guarenteed if they try that crap with this marsh rat!!!
  7. When you see Craig tease him about being the sheephead man. As luck would have it he caught a bunch of them that day.
  8. It never seems to amaze me what some people will do. Geeze...I sure hope they catch the perps soon. Probably got the idea from the media coverage of the Somali Pirates.
  9. Never used them, mostly cause the price point sucks and my Ace Highs work real well for me.
  10. Yup, fished with Craig and Brian...Good people right there. They came up this summer and fished a day and a half with us. First day we did great, second day we had boat troubles so we couldnt get to where we fished the day prior. Had the RVO pump go out. We got a few fish, but wasnt like the day prior.
  11. Craig from Grand Rapids?
  12. Ahh...No worries, just a brain fart on my part. Might have been another site that had the same topic. Anyhow, probably wont add much to my set up. Gotta replace the brushes in my starter and i should be good. That and line. Im sure ill add some miscelaneous lures, i always do....Fisherman.
  13. Wasnt there already a post like this?
  14. I keep mine in a farmers barn. Cost....Keep him in walleye and salmon...I think its a hell of a deal!

  17. If your looking for stability, then yes bags will do the trick.
  18. I have both Church tackle Mr. Walleye boards as well as the Offshore boards. I run the church for my lead core for salmon and the offshores with tattle tale system for walleye. On both boards i have put the white reflector tape on the boat side of the board along the top edge. A strip about an inch wide or so. And on the offshore boards i put some on the flag itself. A simple L.E.D. headlamp is suffiscient enough to illuminate the reflective tape and allows you to keep track of them in the darkness. A great mod for the offshores that i use for the smaller walleye in our Saginaw Bay system that dont pull the board back is to put the black(medium) offshore release on the front and the red(heavy) offshore release with center pin on the rear. When you get a fish the line can easily be released from the front release, then the board swings around while held in place on your line by the red release and it will clear to the stern very nicely and theres not all the drag from the board to fight along with the fish.
  19. I love my Daiwa SG47LC's. Served me well for many a year now. Of course, thats all fresh water use, so im unsure how theyll hold up in the salt.
  20. ...Boy, so true. Good luck in the morning. Friday dont look so hot, you better go after quackers that day! Dads name is Al....No biggy, we all have brain farts from time to time. We're only human.
