  1. Mike may be interested in doing this with the luck he's had with his Cuddie Back.
  2. As mentioned, very important for good transmission. I have the Shakespeare Galaxy i believe. Was pretty picey when i got it. Works fantastic. I can get out and recieve very well.
  3. I use the Dreamweaver snubbers in clear. Have worked great for me.
  4. Dont blame ya. Looks to be a WINDY Friday and Saturday
  5. I run a couple halogen ligths off the bimini for rigging and netting fish. Other than that, i have the required lights by law and thats it.
  6. Dont necessarily have to fish the pier head to get fish in close. I use a spread of plugs and spoons and flasher flies. Usually on riggers with long leads or lead core rigs. Slide divers are a nice option in shallow as well. If fishing the pier head, then riggers with short leads and slide divers. Can also run a 1# ball down the chute. Will get ya down quick.
  7. Welcome aboard Mazen. Your in the right place if your looking for advice. Lots of knowledgable Charter Captains and experienced anglers here.
  8. Great report Tim. Thanks for the tip on the spoon, will have to tape one up.
  9. No release for me. I use the church boards and crank down the front metal release(mine are the originals) and use them that way. Works for me.
  10. Nice report. Right to the point, i think people really appreciate the information you were so gracious to share. Look at all the thanks you recieved. And if i havent already done so, id like to welcome you to GLF.

  13. Nice report. Wish i was over there, but the forcast scared me off again this weekend. Will the wind ever quit?
  14. Nice job Jim. Way to get the kids involved.
  15. I heard some good things from Ludington as well.
  16. I carry my 10" and 12" Forschners in sheaths in a mercury marine duffle bag i won as a door prize in a tournament. Inside the bag acompanying the knives is an apron, sharpening stone and boxes of two gallon zip lock bags. The bag might be in the club cab, the boat or in the back end of the truck. Never really thought about it being anything other than a fish cleaning tool, let alone a concealed weapon. Interesting topic.
  17. Would love to head over Matt. Weather makes it hard to. Looks like the whole weekend is gonna be a blow out. Staying home....guess ill scout geese.

  18. Thanks for the report Tom. Was headed west myself this weekend, but opted out with the forcast. Hopefully the weather will improve and ill be in Ludingon next weekend. The weekends sure havent been kind again this year.
  19. Great job Terry. Very good report as well.
  20. Agreed....Lets talk fishin here, not politics. Things like this should be discussed in person at an event with all parties involved and not on a public forum.
