  1. First time in this creek with an inline spinner, and it worked awesome. Lots of rock bass and nice smallmouth bass caught.
  2. I tried out five different plastics to see what worked best. Ever used a moustache worm? That actually works!
  3. Went fishing in a ton of different spots and found a cool spot in Menomonee Falls. Caught a creek chub that was pushing 10 inches.
  4. Got a weird looking lure that really worked well to my surprise for rock bass, smallmouth bass, and largemouth bass. I caught a really nice one on it.
  5. This little crank bait worked really well for bluegill and rock bass in a crystal clear creek.
  6. I guess... myself? That wasn't fun. Had a duck tangled in my line once, but it got off before I could land it.
  7. I caught a snapping turtle (unintentionally) some smallmouth bass (intentionally) and then lost the biggest pike of my life
  8. Pain and Rock Bass - That's kinda what's in this fishing adventure (well, there's also largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, bluegill, and creek chubs!)
  9. Went fishing in THE MIGHTY RUBICON and the swampy section in the middle was too much for me! I did find a nice hole though that held a lot of fish!
  10. I found a larger version 1/4 ounce and tried it out. It worked really well for crappie and bass.
  11. Fished out of Port on Saturday. Headed north. (three guys, nine lines) We got out really early, which proved to be a great decision. Between 4am and 5am we caught 10 king salmon, most on spoons, but the biggest one on a Flasher and fly. (24 lbs). We were in about 120 feet of water. After that chaotic hour (twice we were tripled up), it totally slowed down. Stayed out until 9am and only caught two more smaller salmon (one coho and one king). Working on editing the video now. Tons of boats out there today! The water was 60-63 on the surface and 60-61 down about 50 feet (according to the fish hawk)

  13. Fished the Wisconsin River, trying for muskies from shore. However, there was a lot of surface action and I thought there were gar. I busted out a rope lure (it has no hooks) and things got nuts! Here's the video.
  14. Remind me to use the net even if it is a smaller pike. Took my son pike fishing (we caught some smallmouth as well) and caught a few. It was a great day on the Milwaukee River, except for the fact that I need a new rod. We were using crank baits and inline spinners for the pike.
  15. My brother and I went fishing in the Milwaukee River and we caught a lot of smallmouth bass and some northerns. Here's the video
  16. Fished in Pine Lake, a beautiful Southeastern Wisconsin Lake, and caught some fish for a fish fry!
  17. Three lines are legal in Wisconsin, so I tried live bait vs. cut bait vs. worms.
  18. Here's my latest adventure, an annual one hour fishing trip right at sunrise on the last day of school (I'm a teacher). Catching smallmouth in the Milwaukee River.
  19. My first time fishing Lake Mendota in Madison, Wisconsin. The bite was slow until the evening, but then we landed a few nice fish.
  20. Really surprised at how well the little minnows work on an ice fishing jig. It was a good day of fishing, well, except for the mean sandhill cranes.
  21. Trying the same spot where I caught a 20 incher 2 weeks ago.
  22. My first time trying to catch walleye during the walleye run. The water is still pretty cold, but some walleye are biting in the Rock River
  23. There is a giant retention pond by my local Walmart, and I wanted to see if fish were in there.
  24. One of the most ridiculous things that has ever happened while fishing. I caught a bass with just the hook. I was setting up an ice fishing contraption called the "Jaw Jacker" and before I could even put a minnow on, I caught a bass.
  25. My wife likes these "inspirational" Facebook videos, so I made an Ice Fishing Edition
