  1. If either one of you ever get the itch to fish Saginaw Bay AuGres give me a shout. Doing good.
  2. I had the extreme pleasure of fishing with Mr. Glen T, Mike T, and Don B for a 4 man ticket. We fished a little deeper today and slowly boxed out pulling bouncers and meat. 1.5 MPH. Glows, Purple, Pink, and Chartreuse, all took fish. We started with two tots on the outside boards then eliminated one of them. The one remaining tot took a fish. Mr Glen T is 90 years young and looks and fishes like a man 20 some years younger. God bless Glen and everyone that ever fished on Priority1. I told Mr Glen T. that he can come back and fish with me when I get to be 90yo. Oh!!!! We also farmed an 11" Steelhead and 3 keeper walleye.
  3. Mike, A warm to you.
  4. Nothing better than Grandchildren. Congrats
  5. Shoulda Been a Cowboy. Shoulda learned to drink and drive.
  6. Dutch, I'll just take you along and you can make em an offer they can't refuse.
  7. I fished with Don B, Mike T, and Allan S, for a 4 man limit of walleye and 2 bonus perch. 30-33 FOW pulling 8 Offshore boards and two down rods. It was a bit rough with 2s and an occasional 3 foot wave so we scaled back on the number of boards. 2oz BB off 7 of the boards and 3oz on the down rods. Chartreuse, Purple, green, and glow. On the outside board on the port side I ran a 1/4oz blue and chrome tot a 100 ft back and a 1oz weight 6 or 7 ft away from the tot. I'd have to say the Tot was one of the best performer taking 3 of the fish without a single throw back. 1.5 mph. Conditions were rough and tough for us over the hill gang members but we toughed it out a came away smiling. After I put the boat away and was hooking up the battery maintainer I took a spill in the garage. If this trend keeps happening I'm going to have to get one of those gizmos (I've fallen and I can't get up). Darn getting old isn't for sissies.
  8. Wed. I fished with Ralph S. and Larry M. for a three man limit. I wanted the famous Paulywood to join us but work got in the way. I sure felt bad when I learned that Nick got hurt at the dock. Heal fast my friend. Thurs. Was the same crew with the addition to a very good fisherman Mike T. We managed a 4 man limit in some rough water. I know I sound like a broken record but the doggone stuff keeps working. 30-33 FOW going 1.2 to 1.5 MPH with BB and meat. Purple, Chartreuse, Pink and White, and glows did the damage both days. We always have a couple of lines high to start but the game goes to low and slow as the sun rises higher. The water temps are getting warmer but the fish keep acting lethargic. I think they are about to come out of dormancy and start really snapping. Gotta Luv Dat Bay
  9. Terry, The pleasure was all mine. With the West Side's three musketeers and Tom terrific we had the ideal crew. John, The sorry part about the fish count is farming at least one keeper at the end. Two people probably counted the same fish on the counter. Things get a little hectic when there are five or more fish on. The crew looked good boating multiple fish when boats around us never waved a net. Gotta Luv what we have going on the bountiful Bay.
  10. Tom, Nice work. We have to fish together sometime, your boat or mine.
  11. She's lookin good.
  12. So cool to involve the young ones in our sport.
  13. Does anyone recognize any of these people. If you encounter them proceed with caution. They may look harmless but don't let their looks fool you. The one on the left is Terry P, aka Dirty Mutt, Lucky Dog, and other names not mentionable. The one in the middle is the worst one of the bunch named John V. aka Dutch. One nod from Dutch and you sleep with the fishes. The one one the right is Mike R. aka See Mick. See Mick and you better run for your life. These 3 along with Tom T and I took a 5 man miscount and one bonus perch. Dutch is still P!$$ed that the count was 1 short. Ya just don't short Dutch and get away with it. I hope he doesn't nod his head. BB and harnesses in 30-33 FOW @ 1.5 MPH with a change up pitch to 1.3 Pink and White, Big Purple homemade sickle smile, chartreuse, and Orange Splatter did the damage. 12 rod spread with 10 boards and 2oz bouncers and two rods with 3 oz bouncers without boards. What a morning to spend on the water. It's a regular Cluster in AuGres With the Doc H tourney tomorrow.
  14. TJ, Your the only one I know from the sunrise side that can afford a rig like that. She is a sweet ride for sure.
  15. Heal up Nick. I never fish without at least one more competent adult along. Even father and kids can be a problem if something happens to dad. TG it wasn't more serious. Please send me a pick to my email addy listed in the mod section.
