  1. I'm praying as I type for his young family. RIP Rod. Ya just never know when we will pull our last line in.
  2. Nick, GJ in the Brown Blast. With pointers from the guys you mentioned, it doesn't surprise me.
  3. Tom, Nice going.
  4. Bob, GJ out of SH. That steelie had one more trick to show you.
  5. A lot of boat for the money.
  6. Matt, Nice work at one of my favorite N. ports.
  7. Mike, I saw you pulling into town Wed. afternoon. I was S bound and you N. I'm glad you are all powered up and ready to go. Who did the installation for you? Have a save and successful season.
  8. Thanks for the report. GJ on the river fish.
  9. I believe the WOT rpm is 4800.
  10. Good going Dog, and crew.
  11. Nice going Terry and crew.
  12. I knew that was about a 70 model. I bought a new 2 door Impala in 1970 that same gold color. I'm glad you posted this. Pics of old cars and listening to old tunes can take you back in time. I was a young man in 1970.
  13. Save your money. The kicker will be OK in ideal conditions but boat control will suffer when it gets choppy. The 6 amp charger is next to nothing compared to the 50-70 amp one on your IO. Kickers: Some swear by them and others at them. A Kicker adds a lot of weight right where it's the least desirable. I guess I'd fall into the category of swearing at them. I fished on boats with them and with seas over 2 foot the captains most always felt obliged to use the kickers and go with the waves.
  14. I have been using mine for a quite a few years. I built them my self out of Stainless Steel. There is nothing better for running boards. The rods are forward and out of the way when fighting a fish. Here is a pic of my quad trees. I have since added another rod holder higher up off the Hardtop, both sides, to make it easier to run 10 or more boards. http://www.greatlakesfisherman.com/gallery/files/8/7/DSCN1368_thumb.jpg' alt='DSCN1368_thumb.jpg'>
  15. VN Box Ed. Be careful on that cold water. What was your set up?
  16. GJ and TY for the report. It has to be extra special when caught from a yak. I guess I'm a bit too old to find out first hand. Keep on em.
  17. Be careful Matt. A wind shift can put ice between a boater and the port.
