  1. Tom, It was nice to finally meet you. I hope to fish with you sometime.
  2. The other Frank threw that can in there as a reference. I told him someone would rag on me for that. Now if it was a Budweiser can, all would be cool.
  3. We were going to fish S. of Pt AuGres, but decided to shut down in front of the point and check the graph. There were fish on the bottom, so we decided to see if they'd go. We had 4 grumpy old men on board, Big Jack, Roger, another Frank, and myself. We were into fish quickly and then snagged the bottom. We got the board but lost our 50 cent homemade bouncer, and two bit homemade crawler harness. Darn the trip was in the hole already. We got a little off course, and had to regroup. We like to keep it simple, except for the boards. It was windy so we only ran 8 boards. We pulled lines about noon with a 4 man limit. It was a semi tough bite. 32-33 FOW seemed to be our best target. We had fish on all our colors, Purple, Glow, Chartreuse, Pink, and Orange. !-1/2 MPH GPS seemed to Gitter Done. Thanks Roger, Frank, and Jack, for putting up with the Grumpiest one of them all.
  4. You should have fished it's prop wash.
  5. 32 inches Mike. Now we know you don't read our posts.
  6. A very HAPPY BIRTHDAY Adam. From one of the grumpy old men. Gitter Done. ^5s and hugs.
  7. Welcome aboard Scott. Where are you from??? I live near the Singing Bridge.
  8. I'll be a little S. also. I probably launch about 7:30.
  9. I'll be out. Give me a shout Tom. I may just call you by Idybleck, if I can't remember boat name. Don't throw too many names at us old-timers. Is Jason going with ya?
  10. I fished with Nick (Paulywood) and his two buds Kirby and Mike. WE tried it in 28-30 FOW with bouncers and harnesses. The fish were scattered after a few days of a strong NE wind. We decided to try and pull some from the weeds. This was the results. 14 FOW bouncers and meat. It was a tough bite, but a nice day to spend on the water. Thanks Nick, Mike, and Kirby. It was my extreme pleasure to fish with you all. That Northern was 32 inches long.
  11. WTG Terry and crew. I like fishing with kids. I hope the Dog is back up and running quickly. It's always something when you own a boat.
  12. Nice King. Just wait until August. It's going to be a good year.
  13. Keep hammering them Aaron.
  14. Wtg Redeagle. Thank you Nick for the relay.
  15. Reasons for lack of interest. 1. They fear Priority1 2. They fear JWheeler 3. They fear dbellor 4. They fear Razbury 5. Some of the MS gang don't want to sign on here. ????? Last year it was open to MS members also. 6. There is definitely more interest in this site, from the W. side of the Sate, than there is from the East. 7. What needs to be done to correct number 6???
  16. ^5s Phil, Adam and crew. Gitter Done.
  17. Thanks for the report Capt John.
  18. A warm welcome to your Ralph.

  19. Welcome aboard Ralph. You need another dose of the grumpy old men. I hope we can fish together soon.
  20. GJ Rich. Thanks for sharing the pics. I hope you catch that big king, you farmed, in August.
  21. Tom, The time flies and the weather dictates when we can fish. I was hoping to fish with you and Jason this month, but maybe a June weekend will work. GL on the pond. I farmed a couple of bigger fish but I hate to cull out of the cooler. We had one that was 15-1/8 inches, but it was rough, and I wanted to box and get off the lake.
  22. A phone pic of Sundays catch.
