The Saginaw Bay claimed another victim near Caseville today. This brings the total to two this weekend. Prayers for his family. http://abclocal.go.com/wjrt/story?section=news/local&id=7223180
The dodger squid and dodger fly will do a number on them. Dodgers need to be run slower than flashers, typically 2 MPH or slower. Flashers have been gaining in popularity because they run well slow or fast. I still have some dodgers. I have found some on sale also.
Be careful out there. It seems this happens at least once each year. Prayers for his family. http://www.connectmidmichigan.com/news/story.aspx?id=402630 UPDATE http://abclocal.go.com/wjrt/story?section=news/local&id=7221225 It will be 2 years this March since I lost a friend through the ice near Bay City. Two went in but only one made it. I fish with Jim H the survivor, but not on hard water.
Don, It's a thing of beauty. Ya know what I always say, "Ya can never have too many rod holders". You will love it, especially the tree portion, for running boards.
I super glowed some Yellow Tails. I like them a lot.
When the action heats up, I run a lot of Glow Js in low light conditions. Play it just right and you'll be on shore eating breakfast before 8:00 AM.
Mike, Save your money. In no time at all the cabin boys will be running the back of the boat. You'll have gray whiskers and will make a decent helmsman.
You must be stoking a wood stove heavily, to only have a $68 heat bill.
There is a lot of open water by me. I need to get my inside chores caught up, and start casting some cleos.
