  5. Priority1 will probably not hit the water until April sometime. It's small boat time. Big Jack says his is ready to rock.

  7. Saturday I did a little recon. AuGres River is still iced in. It looks like at least a week before it opens up. Tawas River was open, and some small boats getting out of the launch there. Tawas DNR Launch by the State Police Post was still slightly iced in. It looked like it could open up real soon. Saturday there was a lot of floating ice being blown into the W. shore.

  14. Trees are the best for running boards. As far as your Dipsys I would suggest making your rigger board in the shape of a U. The two legs that would come forward could be used to mount individual rod holders or tracks. You are thinking right. Get some sturdy rod holders for them Dipsys.

  16. TJ, A warm welcome to you. It's good to have another Sunrise sider here. Let us know if you need any help. I live about half way between AuGres and Tawas. My main port is AuGres, but I do change ports including some Lake MI trips. I used to fish your area, from Harrisville to Rogers City.
