  1. Heard on the FM radio report this AM that GH charter boats were fishing in 100-110. At 8:20 Danel had 6 and 3 on. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman
  2. Fished 6:30-9:30 out of PS last night; 3 for 6. Set up in 130 a couple of miles south and trolled to 200, no bites. Missed 2 bites (175-170) on the in troll and caught a nice coho in 155. Looped back out to 175. No bites going out. Missed a tug on a diver in 170, then caught a double (SH and king) in 155. Marked quite a few fish and big schools of bait showed up as the sun got close to the horizon. Fished 6:30-11:30 out of Port Sheldon. 7-10, 4 LT and 3 SH in 125-155 FOW. 200 CU with standard size MS dancing anchovy caught 2 SH. 2 bites on a blue veggie stinger on the add a line at 50.; caught a SH and lost a coho that ran up the main line. 2 LT came on 200-250 CU and 2 bit flashers below 100.   4. First time out in a couple of weeks, dock to dock 3:30-6:30. Started in 90 FOW and trolled to 120. Marked schools of bait both suspended and on bottom. Worked south in 95-115 for an hour with no bites. Marked quite a bit of bait and a few fish. Turned west. Very few marks beyond 120 FOW. Caught a nice coho (6#) in 165 FOW on a mixed veggie UV Stingray. Pulled lines in 170 FOW. The flies were much more active than the fish. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman
  5. Fished 8-11, started in 220 FOW and trolled to 275. Ended 2-8. Boated 1 SH and 1 Chinhook, lost 5 SH. All SH bites were on flat lines or 2 colors. Beautiful morning on the lake. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman

  6. Fished PS 7:30-10:00. Made a hard left at the piers and trolled the beach towards Holland. Missed a bite on a black tuxedo Stinger, then caught a double; 9# brown on a gator Warrior flutter spoon and a 6# salmon on a 5 eyes Moonshine.   14. Made the run up GH hoping to find some salmon at the pier heads. Fished 7:30-9:30, no bites and saw no fish being fought on other boats. Water was cold enough, and we marked fish.   15. Fished 9:30-12:00 this morning. Started in 60 FOW and trolled west. Saw GH charter boats lined up trolling south in 120-130 FOW. Saw no bait and only a few suspended fish, so we dropped some lines to bottom for LT. Caught 1 and lost 1 both on metal dodgers w spin and glows. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman

  17. Fished a couple of hours Wednesday evening. Set in 120 trolled to 150 and back to 120 with out a bit, and without many marks. Turned north in 120, dropped a chrome SD and glow spin-n-glow on bottom and took 2 LT in 15 minutes. Trolled east while pulling line and saw quite a few fish in 110-115.   18. Fished 6:30-8:30, 80-135 FOW and went 2-2. Both were adult coho on a Kevin’s Mistress SD w a Oceana fly on 300 CU in 110 and 95 FOW. Saw some bait but very few fish. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman
  19. Evening trip, lines in the water 7:30-9:15. Set up in 175FOW and trolled down wind to 120FOW. Caught a 6# SH in 165FOW on a green dolphin Stingray 55 down and a small salmon in 130FOW on a orange crush DW. No other bites. Lots of bait outside 160 and 130-120, didn’t mark many fish.   24. Fish PS this morning. Started in 90 FOW trolled to 150. Marked some fish and bait 135-140, and caught a 11# king on a slider (MS Hulk). Worked 130-145 until 9:30 with one more bite. Ran towards shore and made a pass along bubbler, no bait, no fish in the shallower water. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman
  25. Fished 6-10 went 4/6, 3 LT and 1 king. All bites between 120-130 FOW on spoons 60-90 feet down. Moonshine mean jeans took the two big LT, the king came on a Fuzzy Bear Ally Cat on a diver. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman
