This is a Big Eye Fly with the addition of various pieces of silicone that are approx. 1" longer than the body of the fly. Please see the pictures below for a clearer understanding of what they look like. A picture is really worth a 1000 words. Big Eye Flies are available for $6.25 each and the Jellyfish Big Eye flies are available for $7.25 each. This price includes a tournament tied hook rig with a #1 4X VMC treble and 4/0 VMC octopus single hook. These are all MADE IN THE USA. Would you like to try something totally different. That is what I was thinking when I designed these heads. Introducing the Big Eye fly. These flies have a 1/2" eyes!!! Each fly comes with a tournament tied hook rig using a #1 VMC treble and a 4/0 VMC octopus single hook. They are tied on 50# Seaguar fluorocarbon, that is 38" long. There is a protective piece of tubing between the hooks that covers the areas most likely to be abraded by the fish's teeth. I have added a number to each picture to help identify which fly you might be interested in. Flies are $5.75 each and buyer is responsible for shipping. Unfortunately, NY residents have to pay sales tax. I accept PayPal and CashApp. Custom flies can be made, and more patterns will become available soon. All meat rigs are tied using 50# Seaguar fluorocarbon, a #1 VMC 4X treble hook, a 5/0 VMC single hook, a 100# bead swivel and a 88# duolock snap. Most have a protective tube between the single and treble hooks to prevent the fish's teeth from fraying the line. All meat rigs are approx 53" long and the flies are spaced every 12 inches, but the distance between the flies can be adjusted. Meat rigs are $15. With a good charge, they will last about 30 minutes or so.

NOW WITH EYES!!! Do you tie your own flies? Would you like to try a different design? These bullet heads are designed to be used with 1/4" wide tape. The slight bulge on the back end of the head prevents the material from sliding off no matter how tightly you pull the tape, or tie the thread. I can also produce heads with straight sides if you would like them. Heads are $4.50 a dozen and come in 17 colors. Don't hook the herring strip at all. It's held in by the toothpick in the front of the head. Let both hooks hang free.
