Holland 9am-1:00pm

Lack of reports makes me think early but a boat ride with the kids is always worth while. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman -
Fished holland south of pier 12ft - 30ft. Nothing. Trolled west to 100ft just to see if I’d mark anything... pulled rods and tried the shoreline again north of pier. Was curious has anyone been out to the 200’s for coho or is it a bit early? Surface temps were barely breaking 40. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman

Fished from 5:00 to 9:00 120-140 Fow north troll. 0/2 both on 300 copper. One dragging the big planer board down and snapped the liter on my fly. Bummer of a tackle failure. The other shook the hook while removing the board. Gave him too much slack. Live and learn. Another beautiful night on the lake! Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App

Sounds about identical to my morning as well except we were out of holland. We had one on for a moment on a diver in 70fow but he shook it [emoji58] We called it quits at 10:30 and decided we had a nice boat ride and a lot of washed tackle. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman -
11 for 15. Lines set at 7:00 ssw troll 70 fow. Took most fish between 70 and 100 fow. 300 cu with flounder pounder was doing work!! Over all very happy with first time out this season. Beautiful morning!! Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman mobile app

2-2. 1 steelhead 1 king Motored out to 75 fow. Fighting the chop was a battle but had lines set by about 4:30. Trolled out to 130 then back into 90 then back out to 135. Finally took our fish in the last 45 mins before sunset. Both hit white flasher with white/blue fly. 60-80 down. In 130 fow. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman mobile app

They are already mounted on the boat. I was thinking the same... Just running my copper off em. Realistically I'll probably only be running 6 lines anyways. I'm thinking the hassle of selling them and shipping them ain't quite worth it. And I like the flag idea [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman mobile app

I got this set of 16' Lee's outriggers on the boat I purchased this past winter. I was trying to sell them and just go the planer board route but I don't believe there is much of a demand for riggers in Michigan. Anyways does anyone have any experience with using them and what did you think? I'm either going to keep them or possibly go the eBay route. Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman mobile app

I have a set of outriggers that came with the boat I purchased and I'm not sure if I will be using them enough to keep them on. Thought I'd toss it out there and see if anyone would be interested in them or trading for fishing gear. wire divers, planner boards, copper setups, or I guess anything else salmon fishing related. Shoot me a text if you'd like pictures or have a offer. -

Hey guys. Purchased this boat earlier this winter for a project. I new the guys that I purchased it from but they purchased it from someone that was a member of this site. "Happen to see it on a Google search" Just a shot in the dark but it would be kinda nice to talk to the owner before them. Since I have a really hard time finding information on newer "sea ox" boats.
