  1. Very good Mike. Thanks. Merry Christmas to all.
  2. Welcome Andrew, gorgeous area you live in up there.
  3. Very cool Josh. Is that your dog?
  4. Sounds like a great opportunity for some one. If it wasn't 7 hours away, I'd consider it.
  5. I've always used Masons, with good results.
  6. Welcome Andrew. I've read a lot about this on a UP site, and it sounds like some back door deals going on. We wish the best for you.
  7. What a nice typical rack James. My best was an 18"(widest inside) typical 8 point . No pic though.
  8. I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully your Virizon/Alltel. Muskegon froze up so that's out of the question. Where making ice here slowly. Green may be ready by Saturday. Don't be afraid to call. I will be out of town Wednesday and Thursday am.
  9. That's a great deer Mat.
  10. All of the best to you Alan this next year. Merry Christmas to all.
  11. Love that perch Jay. And Adam with some Slime! Great gob on the early ice gills guys. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.
  12. I found this picture on another site and had to pass it along. Merry Christmas.
  13. They look real nice Andy. Having the lights up high keeps them from blinding you. The mounts are clean also.
  14. Bromely, get with me when you come down. green lake is a run and gun lake. You need a fish finder and a sharp auger. There are very nice gills that roam the lake, and suspend in the open water. Find then and they will bite. Small gigs and fine line works.
  15. WOW! and some nice Yellow Bellies to
  16. If my rigger was set to run 70' down, I would try to hit 60' with the diver (120' out set at 1 with a mag diver). If there's a temp break, try to get every thing that deep. The nice about the mag divers is, at a 1 setting they will run about %50 of line out.
  17. Ya know Dan, tonight is still fishable. Muskegon still looks like this. Low temps only at 28-30, and wind east at 5mph.
  18. Alan, I think you have a good concept there. My best spoon in the spring has been the SS smurf In the spring we run mostly spoons, and switch slowly over to the plugs, and flasher/fly as mid summer roles around. Green or white flashers are always out there with a siggs mountain dew fly. I always have flasher/fly on my inside (low) divers though. Even if they don't catch a bunch of fish early, they still bring fish in. later in the summer the J-Plugs really start producing on the high lines (copper/core). What port do you fish out of on lake O?
  19. A very warm welcome Alan. I would love to see photos of those giant Lake O. Salmon.
  20. This is what I want for the Walleye boat. Troll over a break line, record it into this GPS unit, and have the ability to keep trolling the same line, without touching the motor again. .
  21. If we can get an event at Ludington, you Wisconsin guys can just hop a ride with us, or others. Heck if where already out, just jump ship. The clipper didn't look that high.
  22. Sweet! My lake is still wide open. That should change tonight, with single digit wind and temps.
  23. Welcome aboard Rigger Mortis.
  24. You got my vote. Good luck, and God Bless.
