  1. Keep this in mind. Is the Cannon unit the old version, or the new one? Cannon completely redesigned there snt. The new probe dose not work with the old head. I have the old unit, and it works very good, but if I lose the probe I'm sol. You can read about the new one here. Captain Bill Ruth of Billy V Sport fishing did some testing of it and has some info on his site. located here.
  2. I've asked that question before, and the overwhelming response was very positive for the or18. See this past post.

  14. %90 of the time when a swr is referred to, it's a 2 color ran off the rigger. The swr (two color rig) can be used on a board to target Steel, or cold water Kings.
  15. Burr. Thanks for sharing.
  16. Yum Yum.:)
  17. Most of your med, med-heavy, rigger rods will work. Some like to have a shorter (7') rod. The shorter rod makes taking the board off easier. I bought 6 of these rods, and really like the way they feel. They also have big eyelets that allow the core knots to slide through easier.
  18. Love those Wire divers. Thanks for sharing.
  19. Cory, Welcome to the site, That's a fabulous shot. I live in Grand Rapids area, but my Grandfather lived near Bruce crossing. We would stay for a week every summer and fish all around there. I stood on the Ontonagon peer a few years back and thought, Wow what a site! Thanks for sharing.
  20. We missed ya Gordy. Very nice Shot. Come on spring.
