  5. You are the Man when it comes to Walleye action on the bay Frank. Congrats again.
  6. Rough water really takes the fun out of fishing. Nice save though Mark.
  7. Marcel, Welcome to the site. There are a few Wisconsin guys that mey be able to help you.
  8. Great story, thanks for sharing.
  9. Robert, thanks for the update. Welcome to the site. "we don't catch a lot of fish but we have fun trying" True statement here. It's the challenge of fishing that keeps us coming back. When it stops being fun, it's over.
  10. Let's keep this civil guys. There's only been one perfect man ever made, and he was killed 2,000 years ago.
  11. Nice gob Nick. Too bad you couldn't have stayed for the Saturday night bite. It was a blast. Of coarse sitting by Jim's fire enjoying Barley pop till 4 am was also kinds fun:D
  12. After the lake laid down some Saturday we headed North. We started in 110 fow North of the first net. We ran a spread of Two out riggers with spoons, a center rigger with a big white paddle, high and low mag wire diver with flasher/fly on all, a 175 copper with mag spoon, a 300 copper with flasher fly, and two 125 coppers with Ace Hi plugs. After getting a tip from Sixshooter that the fish where laying belly to the bottom, we lowered our divers down to run 100' down. The blue lightning Ace Hi took one fish, the 175 copper took 1 fish and the rest came on the divers. In all we went 7 for 7 with one drive by. 6 nice kings to 15 pounds, and one Laker. North troll the whole time, ended up past Duck Lake.
  13. Congrats on the win Jeff. We fished it also. We waited till 8 am to go out. It was some of the worst water I have ever fished in. I never left the wheel. After motoring out to 140 fow at 8 mph, the crew set lines. North South troll was out of the question, so we just kept going East West, and that was not good. We landed two fish and farmed two others. I really wanted to go North, but it was just to bumpy. Our two fish landed us in 15 th place.
  14. Eric, the boat launch is on E. Lake rd. near Judd You will not be allowed to sleep in the boat. I don't think there is a lock on the ramp. It is not a big ramp. You can also pay to launch at Charlies Marina. Charlies should have transient slips for rent.
  15. JC, we did very well last year South of port. All the other boats went North, and we had fish all to our selves. You should be able to find fish in 120-140 fow. in the range of 60-90' down.
  16. Very cool Capt. Drew. Thanks for sharing.
  17. 1/2 of my Moonshine spoons have new hooks, the other half are honed to a razor point. The hooks that come on Moonshine spoons suck. Nice job Jarod.
  18. Getting more lines out does not equal more fish thought. If you want more fish, than you need to get the baits in the zone the fish are at. Mono on board will work, but this year we have loads of warm water in close, and the fish are deep. Unless your out at predawn, you most likely will be fishing above the fish.
  19. Dave I have used them and they work. Although we where targeting fish 30-40' down. If you don't like wire than use a second braid. Braid will go deep. This year the fish are deep. I think your better off with a Mag diver than a torpedo.
  20. How has the fishing been Up North Jason?
  21. We all have those days Terry. I see your wife got the biggest King. Congrats to her.
  22. Very nice Jess.
  23. Sounds like an eventful night.
