  1. To do it properly the switch should be set to off, then charge the batteries separately. I have been told that if you have two batteries hooked in parallel that only the first battery will charge properly. That is why they make 1,2,3, bank chargers.
  2. Now that's a spoon I can't get a fish on^^. I asked Jake, and he said Moonshine Double Trouble.
  3. I fished Baydenoc a few times and really liked the area. We look forward to having you. Nice looking rig there.
  4. Must be nice to have that great fishery in you back yard. I won't be long.
  5. Dose this mean Free wheeling the port high diver on the Starboard side with rough seas? I now use Permanent marker to mark each dive where they go.
  6. I export my files to a folder at a lower resolution. Then load them. For web posting, you can get away with %50 of the resolution.
  7. Check out the Facebook page and "like" it. Both Yogurt Flies, and Blood Run Tackle have agreed to sponsor an event. Check out there online stores. Blood Run Tackle Yogurt Flies.
  8. The more you keep them off your line, the happier you'll be. I get the same results as you with my free, or fixed sliders. When I do get a hit on one, it comes off half way to the boat.
  9. Welcome Arron. Any pics of the boat yet?
  10. The prices are fair, and the eqp. is good quality. 300' of 45# copper will go down close to 85'. There are a lot of times you do not need to be that deep. Like you stated "I am just a weekender fisherman trying to have some fun fishing". 45# copper is not user friendly. 300' of 32# would be easier to handle, and get you to the 60' range. Even last year with the warn water, we got a bunch of fish both on our 250, and 350' 32# super.
  11. Kim, welcome to the site. I've seen the houses in U Tube Videos like your talking about, and the look really nice. I have never seen any in Michigan, but they may be out there. Did you get any pics when you where up there that you can share?
  12. Welcome aboard Joseph. The Walleye fishing is good in Thunder bay I hear. The best Salmon fishing is on the West side of the state.
  13. I won one at the Dreamweaver last year. I put it on my copper line and let it back. It released itself before pulling out. When I started reeling it back in, it came unhooked and went by by. Imho, if you buy something, than have to modify it to make it work (new release), than it's not worth buying.
  14. Ouch! It really sucks when money flies out of your wallet.
  15. Great catch Joe. Make for some fine eating.
