I have always just used stainless steel cable for salmon and trout in Lake Michigan. Recently I tried out some nylon coated stainless steel cable that I really liked. I found in on a site I bought some replacement parts on for my cannon.

I was fishing Lake Michigan over coast guard festival week and found out that Holiday Inn in Spring Lake has a catch and cook option at their restaurant. Any other places around the Grand Haven area or even further up and down the lake shore that offer this?

The depth meter on my Cannon Easi-Troll stopped working recently. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement?
