As stated above, everyone has a different idea , I like 7 ft lead core rod by okuma. I also have a few diawa 7ft lead core rods , becouse I think okuma quit makeing them. The diawa heartlands are around 25 to 30 depending on the store and the okumas are like 20.

Great job man, are all the fish in lake o big. The one in the 3rd pic looks like a true HOG.

Had a great truly first trip , down to st. joe. I left the dock at close to 8 am with plumkrazy and adam on board and ran down to the cook plant and turn for a north troll. We set 4 hy lines , 2 2 colors and 2 riggers and ended the day 15 for 19. {12 coho and 1 brown in the box}we released 2 small coho Here is a list of things that took fish. org. easter egg silver streak mini on a 2 color green dolphin silver streak mini on a 2 color red z- flasher and a green and gold fly 50 back and 7 down on a rigger gold and org. thin fish on a hi line the thin fish in the rain bow trout pattern on a hi line org. trout patter thin fish on a hi line and a org. and yellow x-rap on a hi line Also the best troll was south at 2.7 to 3 mph on the gps. And heres the porn.

Im guessing the king was around 10 or so lbs , and yes the new dog is great , it handles completely differant than the old one.

Well with the coho fishing under way I was rushing around all week trying to get the dog ready for the week end . On wensday I took fishinmachine to south haven with me . we ran down to the power plant and back, after makeing sure ever thing was working write we set a few lines in front of the peirs and fished our way down to just south of deer lick creek and picked up 1 nice steelhead and a nice spring king. We fished from 10 to 30 fow with hi lines and 2 riggers the only bait that worked was a black and silver reble fast track on a hi line Here is a pic of the one and a half hr. trip.

Very nice Ken , they kinda look like a black and white blue gill. And they taist like a blue gill I would be in haven.
