it is eather the brite sunny skis and close to 400 or more boats out down there on saterday in a 9 mile area or they moved north just my 2 cents

yes it was very tough we went out at around 8 and fished till 1:30 and went 6 for about 12 most of them where in 50 to 55 fow 4 of them where on raprla x-raps and the othore 2 where on 3 coler lead cores with a killer bee stinger the temp at 55 was 53 deg. and at 25 it was clear and 44 deg all cohos most peapal i talked to at the ramp only had 2 to 4 fish

j-7 or 9 rapelas and reg stingers in org, red or gold pattern also brads thin fins in all colers start in about 6 to 8 feet and out to around 30 riggers and spoons set 5 to 15 down and the rest on boards back 100 to 200ft and short cors 2 to 3 colers

well i made it back to the brown blast yesterday and what a blast it was if you like fast actoin and coho fishing now is the time i had heavy action and my old fishing buddie on board to day for the contest we set lines around 7 am and had 9 cohos , a small king and 2 nice browns by 7:45 and cound not seem to get any more brown by 9:00 so we started out west to look for a king or for some more weight and all we could get was more cohos as we went all the way to 55 fow .i did talk with a few others that did very good for browns later in the morenig {10 to 12 } well to make a long story short we ended up 30 for 33 ,27 coho 2 brown and 1 small king hot baits where any color j-7 or j-9 rapela any coler thin fin and a 00- red dodger and blue dolphin mini fly lines where set 175 to 200 back on the skys and riggers where set 4 to 8 ft most fish where on the high lines on the skies most boat reported catching 20 to 40 fish this morening, water temp was around 43 deg:cool:

well heavy action and my self waited for the lake to calm down and headed down to st joe around 1:30 and started setting line around 2:30 or 3:00 and fished till 7:00 and put 15 cohos in the boat kept 6 and released the rest , the only reson we kept fishing is that we where hoping to get a few browns or something else as we where prewfishing for the brown blast in the morening but all we found was cohos all the fish come on thin fins and j 9 rapeleas 175 to 200 back on the boards and it did not matter what the color was gold and org to a yellow and green they all worked all of the fish where in 25 to 30 feet of water we also tried spoons and riggers and different lengths of core with no actoin well i gotto get to bed becouse 4:00 am is comeing soon

i heard today that the tube where laid to start dreadgeing there yeasterday

sorry to here about your loss rich i now what its all about i had to do that with a pair of beagles i had a few years back ,i had them for 13 years and the both got canser about the same time and there was nothing that could be done the sad thing is that i never got one after them and that was the last good rabbet hunting year that i had

i have a cummins with a 8 ft fiber glass handel that is very strong it came from tackle haven in st joe and i think it was around 35 dollars

ya and next weekend is the brown blast in st. joe

i have one of them to only its a she and it works great

10 color core has hot till july then it was wire divers and riggers
