YEE HAA THE DIRTY DOG IS BACK IN ACTOIN to bad its the middle of oct. well this is how it goes i got the boat back on monday and wanted to go out and atleast go for a boat ride before i get it ready for winter ,so i called plumcrazy and adam last nite and my old buudy crhis to see if they wanted to go ,and they said h-ll ya so this after noon we met up at the ramp and took off and went out to 100 fow and set up around 2pm , the water temp was 63 on top with what seemed to be a very bad south current so we went west and found a very large school of bait and fish from 115 to 125 fow and by 5pm we ended up 12 for 16 all kings in the 2 to 10 lbs range the best set ups where riggers with a reg stinger bumble bee down 80 / reg killer dolphin stinger down 90 / freakin veggies stingray down 75 / and a green dophin silver steak with a glow back down 95 , also a 15 coler core with a no name dream weaver took 1 fish well sorry for no pics but it rained the whole time and i did not want to get a new camera soaked , also thats phil and adam for comeing along terry:grin:

congrats nick , hope that shes as good as the one i got , i get to go as i want ,the only catch is that she gets to go shopping when she wants i guess steves right it would be CHEAPER IN THE LONG RUN TERRY

nice job jim we where also on the east side this last weekend and took a 3 man limet of ducks and geese both saterday and sunday on the siawassee river state game area count was 6 geese and 34 ducks this was one of the best opening weekends weave had in the last 10 years even with the 90 degree temps and and HUGE SWORMS OF MASQUITOS terry

i do the same thing ,run more reg. size spoons, mainly the same set up as april and early may

here is one of me and my doughter terah haveing a little fun off of south haven here is one that i laugh about every time i look at it, this is his third king in 45 min. on a 15 coler out of saugatuck and this was the cooler at 8:30 that morning and the final catch this is one that caznik took of use in one of the west mi. fishing leage tournements thanks rich this is my favorite ,it is of my boss and his 2 sons that have never even seen a salmon, but cought every one of these this morning from 6:30 am till 8:30 am in mid july ,it has the oldest ones birthday and he still is talking about that morning, notice the rigger in the left corner as i took this it realeased and turned in to a tripple man i CANT WAIT TO GET THE DIRTY DOG BACK

i use a mix of hickorey and apple wood and start the smoke when you put the turkey in and i also fill the drip pan with a mix of beer and apple juice , ps do not let the pan go dry ,keep the heat around 200 deg. to 225 terry,
