  7. nice job today ken ya it was fast and ferrius for some time we had our 9 kings be aroud 8:15 and set up for lakers and steelhead but just could not make them go terry
  8. well we fished the double event of the west mi. fishing leage this morning and went 16 for 18 {15 kings -6 were shakers-and 1 coho} we set up in 150 fow and went south west to 190 the spread was 2 riggers 65 and 90 and 4 cores 7 10 12 and 15 the best set was a rigger with the area 51 nito as a fixed slider at 90 with a dream weaver dr. death on the bottom this took 9 fits others that took hits were a m-18 pro king on a 15 coler a mag green dolphin on a 10 coler and a mag metalic glow frog on a 12 coler we also ran divers for a while with not a hit the 9 we boxed where all kings in the 3 to 6 lb range so we did not place welll in the tourny but it was still fun as normal fishing time 5:15 to 10:15

  12. the diehard flasher and diehard fly was our best, on a wire diver on 1 out 300

  17. thanks OLD BUDDY, but i think i like cazniks pic from last year better, ok enough said ,heres my report from yesterday we left the dock around 5:30 and set up in 175 and went s.w. all the way to 265 fow and never took a hit ,so we turned around and came back to 170 fow and marked a bunch of bait near the bottom with some very nice marks around them we ended up 6 for 9 all kings NO BONUS FISH 2 on a diehard flasher and diehard fly on a wire diver on 1 , back 325 1 miss on a nbk flasher and nbk fly on a wire diver 275 back on 1 2 on the blue machine on 15 coler lead core 1 and 1 miss on the area 51 109 down on a rigger 1 and 1 mis on the dolphin killer 85 down on a rigger i did not get many pics but heres one of adam aka{BIG FISH KILLER} with one of the biggers one of the day:thumb:

  19. you want the line to slide down the core this is how ya get your line out to where you want it at how i do it is to 1 hook board to tow cord 2 let board out to desired distense 3 take your rod and let out the amount of line that you want to put out and hook your release to you line 4 hook the large ring {normaly a shower certain ring}that is on the release to the tow cord 5 now start to let the reel free spool till your release is in the proper place on the tow cored {if your setting 3 line to a board ,this would be the one that gos all the way to the board} i normaly set 3 to each cord and make all of the even in length or space them out 25 ft in length with the out side line the longest hope this helps terry
