    I've was doing decent out there trolling out of my kayak. It's good until guys bring motor boats out there. The channel is just too shallow and the water is too clear, the fish spook very easy

    Cabelas deapth masters are a great rods for the money. Had mine for 5 yrs with no problems. Right around 60$ for the combo
