i took out my friend pops and his wife on friday nite and pops and his son in law on sat we were 5 for6 on fri and on sat we were 12 for 14 we fished 80 to 120 to 60 ft both days lead core was the ticket most fish came on j plugs this is pops and his wife darlene and adam my son this is our cooler on sat

on lead core you should not pump the rod just reel when fish allows. a first mate on a charter boat says that pumping the rod open the hole from the hook

we fished out of port sheldon today we set up in 60 ft of water south of the piers and trolled on a n/w troll then back to the ne .because of the stiff south wind took most of our five .north of the peirs in 70 to 90 ft down 48 to 80 on rigger and 120 on 1.5 dipsy and 10,12 color lead core . adam and i were join by my friend pops and his grandson toby

about 2 but we broke of 2 on dipsys and lost a few

well i took mike [sea mac ] and a man from south dakota that we all call pops he use to come to mich to fish with my best friend mike atman who move to the state of wyoming 2 years ago . so pops is in town for the week so we fished sat and mon out of port sheldon we went 5 for 9 on sat by 830am tis morn we went 10 for 16 we fished 100 to 130 top 65 phil

fished with terry and my best friends daughter becca atman we didn't get done as early as sea mac but we kept picking away at them and end the day 13 for 16 we release a lake trout we fish from 45 to 120 but no fish were caught beyond 85 most of the fish came on half cores and dipsys at 130 on 3 white sd green fly
