  1. A couple hours is great. I have used the pineapple too. A lot of times I marinate overnite, so the fillets are saturated.

  3. Can we all just complain a little more on how rediculously high your gas bills are???
  4. Coho Fillets Teriyaki Sauce I use skinless fillets, and usually stab them with a fork. Marinate in teriyaki sauce and grill.... This is my favorite!!!
  5. Smoked Salmon 2 8oz. packages Cream Cheese (softened) 1 small tub Sour Cream 2 packs Knorr's Vegetable soup Cream the cream cheese with blender, add sour cream and vegetable soup, mix well. Add smoked salmon (with spoon) to taste (as much or little as wish). Keep refigerated till eaten.
  6. We have a smoker...but we often marinate in Teriyaki or BBQ sauce...it's a must try!
