Steve I believe the 14 are just north of muskegon channel approximatly 2 miles.

Not sure. We did not try to hard plus we just took the little boat out for a shakedown cruise to see if we could still catch fish with it. Muskegon saturday morning was not so bad for us we went 7 for 13 in 75 fow north by the antenna tower riggers 40 down worked the best. We could not get dipsey`s to stay hooked.

8/25 pm 1 for 4 j plugs and green glow squids/spinnies 100 back on 1.5 on wire and 40 down on riggers between 50 and 70 fow 8pm till dark

I got a flyer right from gold coast $70.00 to enter $10.00 big fish. Captains meeting thursday at 6:30, fish from saugatuck to muskegon, 9 rod limit, best 9 fish, max 4 man team

What weight works best? Ball, pancake, fish shape, ridgeback, What # would be the best for eliminating blowback with probe? What would you like to see Different with a downrigger weight?

Who is fishing this tourney? From what port? Who is looking for riders? Who is looking for a ride? We are thinking about fishing it just wondering if it is a good time?

Went out last night went 5 for 5. One on lemon ice 70 down on rigger the rest on white glow fly white spinny 200 back on wire dipsey. 90 to 110 fow seemed to work for us.

Fished out of whitehall sat am. went 12 for 17 in less than 2 1/2 hours. Moonshine spoons on riggers and dipseys and glow squids behind spindoctors worked for us. Johnsons great outdoors in montague put on a great tournament with over $2000.00 in prize money. we finished just out of the cash with 6 fish limit for 85#. First place weighed in 2 fish at 25# a piece and a six fish limit with a total of 107 and change. he brought home a payout of $1700.00 himself.

Did you have a problem with them before or something? Mitch says 100% pay back to top 5. I guess we will see if that happens.

It is a salmon tournament. $35 a person $10 big fish start at 6:00am weighat 2:00 pm 6 fish limit pay by 6:00pm friday. Hope to see some people there.

All the lures took at least 1 fish. I was unsure of the colors when I got the pkg. But man they worked on riggers,core copper and wire. Thanks again,Scott
