Went 13 for 18 today. Sat down in 140 fow. Just at break of dawn wire this a mag set on 2 out 250 went off. Nice king. Got some information from chater captain and put my riggers down to 120 and 140 down working 180 to 220 fow with a north troll. I can't remember all the hits but Big Weenie products kick but. Poofster fly with a big white paddle four or five fish. No fish nick meat took a fish or two. White death took fish. Both riggers took hits both wire dipsey took fish. 450.300 copper took fish. 13 color took two fish. Two fish came on j plugs. Wonderbread and a new one white glow with black dots. We took second in a little fishing tournament. 120 better then nothing!!! Fish were down .

Go deep 130 in the morning or so and work west. Any where from 50 and down. I'm going out out of Grand Haven tomorrow morning in a small tournament. Get me a shout out on the radio. C D Marie or Buster. I'm starting in 130 and working west.

Went out to 130 fow and set lines worked out to 190 with no takers. I turned around got to 167 and the 300 cu went off with a no fish nick meat rig on it. Then the mag wire diver set on 2 with a wonder bread j- plug went off. Fightinghe fish driving the boat and trying to give a quick report to some guy on the radio!! ( it was w blast) got my fish( wire diver) about 75 feet behind the boat and the other wire went off. That fish was lost because only two of us both fighting fish. Landed mine and then Brians fish. Worked into 130 fow got a hit on white paddle with a poofster fly trailering it went off with a miss. Turned around worked west out to 190 and no takers. Turned around and worked east to 120 no takers. Pulled lines went onto 45 fow in front of the piers set a rigger at 35 with the poofster and banv!!! Nice king. Turned and went south and the other rigger went off at 30 down with double trouble took a nice king. It was so foggy that it was hard to see other boats. Then the poofster went again with a miss . Ended the day 4 for 8.

Did the.salmon come in close because of the cold water? They were out deep yesterday.

I'm planning a evening fish hope the fish are not scattered !!!

Welcome to the site Rob!! It depends what your fishing for. Walleyes shallow or salmon out deep!! How bad is bad? What kind of boat do you have? Do you know what's making the vibrations?

I've heard of this scam on tv. Same things were said by the scammers. I wouldn't trust it at all!!!

Worked 120 to 160 in the am(6-9:30 am) then started to work out to 210 where we finished with a quad went off.We landed all four. At first light we ran glow big paddles and white flies.( sorry not my boat so the names I dont have sorry) rigger set at 55 ,65, and 75 all took fish. Wire with meat set on 2 with mag dipsey out 100 and 120 wow hot!! Meat rig was black mamba with black spin doctor and a white meat head with white paddle was good. Super slim mixed veggies on full color took fish. Ally cat took a couple fish also. Ended the day 15 for 20 something!! Awsome day on the water.
