    I am wanting to switch over to all Shimano reels next year. I have my coppers and wire lines on Shimano reels and just like them better. Would like to put some 600lc on my down rigger and dipsy rods. Just thought I would see if anybody had some clean used ones I could pick up at a reasonable price before I purchase new.

    Fished 12 days this year, all but one by myself. Would love to have company. I had to pull the boat this weekend but will keep your information for next year if you are still available to go.

    Never used a digtroll 5 or 10 but I do not notice any difference in speed as they start or stop. I will check them this weekend.

    I am just west of Flint Michigan. The downriggers are in Whitehall Mi. I plan on fishing Friday and Saturday and then will be pulling the boat out for the season. I will get some pictures and maybe some video to show them working.

    I have 2 Cannon Digitroll-2 down riggers for sale. I have been using them all summer with no issues. The controls are in good condition and everything works as they should. Features include auto down, auto up, and jigging mode. I bought them with fixed booms and then purchased extending booms which are on them now. I have both short and long fixed booms if someone would prefer those over the extending. Each has the single rod holder on the back. I am going fishing tomorrow and will try to get some pictures and videos. Down Riggers with extending boom - $375 each Down Riggers with fixed boom - $300 each

    Wow, they are out deep. Been 2 weeks since I was there but they were hitting in the 120-150 fow depth when I fished last. Heading over tonight. Thanks for the heads up.

    The boat is long gone. It had a single I/O on it. Dry weight of 7000 is pushing it. Probably will need a triple axle. I am in mid michigan.

    Does it have to be tripple axle? I have a twin axle eZ loader that had s 28' sea ray on it. I think it is rated for a 7400 pound boat.

    New owners picked them up today. Sold.

    Back up for sale. Buyer was a no show after holding them for him for several weeks. I hooked them up on my boat and made sure they worked and they do. I am just outside of Owosso MI.
