fished 6th street this moring there are a few fish around the best was by the ice breaker they were hooking up good frist thing i managed a couple small i mean small cohos nice to seem some fish finally come on rain.with that said me and my boy spent 8 hours on a charter on the pm casying thundersticks then skien and bobbers in knew i was in trouble when we stayed in one hole with only a couple of hook ups for 5 hours finally moved to the next hole where we stayed for the next 3 hours a couple fish one which was my sons biggest 26lbs.but 8 hours two holes wasnt very in pressed.i had more fun at 6th street this moring for a 1.60 coffee a couple bucks in gas than i did for $350 for 8 hours this was come recomendeed and did some research my point triple check your guide service with refrences or more unless you know frist hand

not yet was only about 10 people last night but that will soon change this weekend thats why its nice to have good numbers of fish so early been spanking them for about a week now without many people gotta love it

fished tippey dam last night with my son and friend jeff landed 10 out of lost count cause there was just to many fish to count what a blast.its nice to see the amount of salmon this early .3 females about 20lbs each.yeah spawn dark flies are the ticket get out there and have some fun:lol::lol:

fished the pier lasi night went 1 for 2 wasnt much bait around the 2 alwives i did get both got hit and landed 1 about 15lbs my son is hooked ever since we went out with jimbobber he is wanting to go all the time now tells me get a bigger boat dad if only it was that easy

fished from 630 till dark not many alwives around alot of shad went 1 for 2 got 2 alwives had 2 hits got 1 about 15lbs nice night

the river is fishing very well just got back from a all nighter there wasthree of us went raedy for this 9 for at least 35 to 40 they are very green and tough to hold on to black flies out produced but wobble glow was second we were the only ones down there most of the night. good times:no::no:

was wanting to go to the pier tonight wondering if the water cooled of and if the fish came any closer in any help would be great dont want to waist a trip thanks

may be some sat if you want im on call 8 to 5 sometime they call somtimes they dont thats the only reason i get the weekdays just start tring about the end of oct.

can you fish in the mornings during the week if so maybe we can get together somtime its hard fighting doubles by your self sometimes but fun mike

thats a good place to start alot depends on how high the water is on where i sit drop some spawn right away in the moring theres not many holes around there so somtimes i just drop back alittlel until i find a couple it can be fast and furious at times.i usally fish by myself im only a couple miles from there red starcraft

i usally wait until i see steelhead going up the ladder before i start fishing.i fish the rogue river area.dont get much salmon but rock the steelhead around the end of oct. until the river freezes up fish skien in the moring then back troll later with hot and tots.was that a red boat you saw.if so that was me mike

fished a couple hours this morning was the only one out there a little early yet seen one salmon jump come on colder water get some fish moving

Thanks to jim bobber for taking me and my son out nice night went 3 for 9 couldnt keep them hook hard fighting 2 big kings at a time my son caught his biggest salmon 17lbs thanks again jimmey

anybody getting any kings in close to the piers in gh about how far are they

they either come from indiana or they plant them in manistee is all i know any time the water cools off in the summer its time to hit the pier with alwive or shrimp and its game on

that makes me want to move mike

A friend of mine fished sunday moring of the north pier he got 4 steel out of 5 he said there was alot more bait then sat.need some more cold water for the kings..... Mike
