  3. I do see on you tube where it list my broadcast as private. How do you change that?
  4. I'll work on it. I can see it no problem, but obviously I wouldn't need a request to see my own video. Is Nailer the only one?

  6. Okay, I have a video camera, and I am just getting the 1st batch uploaded to the pc. I'm saving it on Everio MediaBrowser. Now from there can I manipulate the video on windows movie maker? Also it doesn't look as though I have a dvd burner and I would like to save these videos elsewhere? How do you go about doing that?
  7. good job Dick! Heading over to Pentwater next weekend, hopefully the fishing will be as good til then.
  8. That's why I was thinking pedestal for the helm only, and then some sort of seat with a back rest right behind it and then a bench on the port. That way I would not lose any seats, and if the bench on the port was big enough, I may actually gain room for 1 more rider under the hardtop. One of the most important things in my decision to get the pedestal at the helm is the adjustability without giving up comfort. Is your pedestal comfortable to ride on?
  9. Eric, that's not what I was looking to hear. I guess, maybe keep the back to back but make some modifications. The seat it too low for a guy like me, makes it difficult to see, I would like to be able to be higher up when under power. The height of the seat is fine when I'm trolling. And I too like the idea of a bench seat on port, I still want to have storage under the port side seating too. What to do?????
  10. Hey guys, I am looking to upgrade the seating in my boat by next season. Currently I have the back to back seats, which are okay, but just looking for a better layout. I'm thinking about a pedestal captains seat that can swivel 360* and would also be adjustable up & down. DOn't know really what I'm going to put behind that seat. And on the port of the boat I was thinking about some sort of bench seat???? Anyways looking for ideas from you fellas, and if you were so inclined to upload a picture of your layout that would be great. Thanks Jason
  11. I fish out of the Thompson 210 Fisherman HT and love it. Have been looking at upgrading to a larger boat, and the Thompson 24' fisherman is on the top of the list. It is big, roomy and will keep you out of the elements. Talked to a guy in Frankfort with the 24' he traded up an Islander and some cash for it and he had nothing but good things to say about it. All the suggestions made here are good choices. I think the key is to find a layout that you are comfortable with and a price that you can handle. Now is defiinitely a good time to be buying a boat, with it being fall and also with the economy and how bad people need money. I looked for a year at boats b4 I pulled the trigger on mine. Just take your time and find what you need, and see if it's what you want. One of my favorite qualities of the boat is, how heavy it is, how well it handles in rough seas~
  12. The 1st step is admitting, but we all know that nobody likes a quitter:lol:. Nice to see you here, bunch of good people on GLF.
  13. The trees I installed are the bee's knees. I'm looking to put in a washdown pump. New captains chair, an some sort of new bench seat for my passengers instead of the back to back. Gonna tell my ole' lady to get a 2nd job, cause I'm already looking for a bigger boat, it will come to me in time.
  14. Welcome aboard Chuck. Live right around the corner...this is a great site with good guys willing to give information and generally be helpful wherever they can. If you need something just let a yell out, and I'm sure someone will have some useful information for you...
  15. I know, there have been a few records broken within the month,. Good stuff...
  16. Nice job Eric. We were north out of whitlehall Saturday morning. Had a lot of action, but they kept coming unbuttoned. Was a great day out there weather wise. Went 3/13. White paddle/green fly off the dr 80-90 was the best. Not even a bump on 3,5 or 10 color. 1 rip on a canadien plug down 100. most hits on the flies, but a few on spoons too.
  17. I agree, I'd rather stay on plane also. However, give enough room and there should be no issue
  18. I 3rd that. Mike - I have a slew of spoons that stinger can repaint, the only real dilema would be if they were repainted will they catch as many fish as they do with only bits of paint here and there?????????? That's a great tip for the repaint, lot cheaper than buying new spoons.
  19. Congrats Bro! Savor it, cause it goes quick...
  20. Sounds awesome Scott.
  21. That's what I was thinking after seeing your pic, but I also thought it was off the meat freak. thanks for the clarification. That is a solid day Dan. Now does that get you thinking about chartering a little longer into the season?
  22. Sounds like a great day Dan! I've heard a wise man say find out what they want and give em lots of it. Now I know what a hot n tot is, could you elaborate about the meat tot. I think I have an idea but there are 2 possibilities and just looking for clarity
  23. Sounds good to me bomber! I know it wasn't the action you had last time you were there, but, that's a solid couple days....
  24. Now there is a good friend. Plumkrazy, PM me your phone #, just in case I ever lose power out of Au Gres:lol::lol: That is a heck of a nice thing to do for someone~
