  1. Nice job Frank! So the day I was out with you, the down and outs didn't take squat, and today they were on fire.....
  2. Didn't you also tangle with a steelie out in those waters??? On another harness?
  3. Nicely done again Frank! I wrenched on the boat for a bit today, and am hopefully closer to the right fix.... Did put some lines out and caught 1 lonely eye on a 5 color LC with OPS spoon. Had the water column covered from 10'-30' and that's all I pulled. See ya next weekend. Keep on em.
  4. Think I'm going to cry. Weekend of the 26th...
  5. Nice going Dick! Curious what spoons have been working good for you?
  6. Another steelie:thumb: How warm is that water up there? Sounds like another solid day! Good job!
  7. Nicely done Frank. I'm surprised, like you, the cold weather and heavy wind didn't shut em down...
  8. It sure did turn cold down here, bundle up:grin:
  9. Fished Au Gres 6/5/10. Didn't do real well on the eyes. One 5# and a good eater. Marked a lot right out front, but could not get them to go. Slid into some skinnier water trying to change our luck and came up with this:
  10. Nice job TJ! What kind of body baits? Deep divers? Husky jerks? Storms? I 've just added a few more body baits to my arsenal and am looking to implement them in the spread...
  11. Welcome aboard Robert! I have the same M O as you. Reside in Burton, but spend as much time as I can in Au Gres. Will be heading up there this weekend.
  12. Nice Job Frank! Headed that way for the weekend, if you talk with Mike tell him I'm bringing his cooler....
  13. No doubt that we were so close, yet so far away. A real heart breaker. The silver lining of the weekend was fishing with some great company. 9 lines 10 minutes to put out and get in...pretty darn quick, and we all worked very well together! Loved having Adam aboard, a true wealth of knowledge and an all around great guy:thumb:. We'll get em next year!
  14. You are correct sir! I think that the walleye fishing is going to be real good here very soon. Water was 55* when I was out with Frank a couple weeks ago, that's a significant increase in water temp. should really get things going... Nice job on the fish:thumb:
  15. Nice job Mike...more silver to boot???? excellent:thumb:
  16. I just tie direct. Let me know when you're having a tackle sale. That's a hell of deal you got on the discs and spoons...yowza:thumb:
  17. I have a few mini discs, and rarely use them since I was introduced to the jet divers.
  18. I concur. I love the penn 330 GTI's. That would be my 1st choice.
  19. Nice job Tom. Sorry I had to get off the phone.... I'll chat with you later....
  20. I like the way you think. Those in-line spinner combo's seemed to put em in the boat too:thumb:
  21. Those do look to be some better fish.... What was the water like? I was watching it blow out the window pretty good today...just curiious.
  22. I think things are really going to get hot pretty quick. Nicely done Frank!
