  5. Sorry Jim....I misread your post. I thought it said which WSP. Maybe I should get my eyes checked.
  6. This is a very sensitive issue when it comes to pier fishing. Please ask Dave in a PM. I moved this thread to the fishing reports section and changed the title of it because we have Wisconsin members.
  7. Welcome aboard Brian! I moved your post to this section as an introduction for yourself, because it is a great introduction. I personally do not run spoons on flashers, but there are some here who do. Get yourself the dive chart for dipsey divers so you know how deep your divers are running. Knowing what depth your divers are running in the water will increase your catch.
  8. Thanks for all of the Lake Ontario fishing reports this year. I personally enjoyed seeing all of those majors.
  9. Did you get out last night?
  10. They were all 2-3 year olds.
  11. My last two trips have been this way.
  12. I was joined by Greg(moosky31) and Brian last night, and we had a great night on the water. We got a late start last night do to one of the crew witnessing an accident(they watched someone drive into a tree:eek:) on the way to the boat. The driver was the only person in the vehicle, and he was OK. We practiced catch and release last night. Had lines set at 5:30pm and fished till 8:30pm. Ended up 5 for 12 with 3 chinook, 1 coho, and 1 lake trout. Ran out to 180FOW and dropped in Found the temp break down 120'. All of the fish came from 185-165FOW. Our best troll was heading SE. This is why I put it as 185-165. I use 15lb cannonballs. Our best speed was 3.5mph at the ball. This is what worked. A rigger parked at 140' with a Stingray size Killer dolphin was our hot setup last night as it went 4 times. Rigger parked at 150' with a Stingray size Blue Dolphin went 3 times. The rest of the hits were on wire divers. The wire(7 strand) divers were on 2.5 with mag rings with 350' and 400' of line out. 1 hit on an Stinger Blue Dolphin prochip 8 with Siggs Rigs blue green hypnotist trophy fly. We lost this set up because the leader broke. 1 on a blue with silver holo prochip 8 with a Siggs Rigs blue and pearl crinkle trophy fly. 1 on a blue wiggler prochip 8 with a Siggs Rigs powder bubble trophy fly. I do not remember what the last 2 on flasher and flies came on. I sharpen all of my hooks. 4 of the 5 fish we landed were hooked by the skin in the corner of the mouth. If the weather cooperates, I will be back out Saturday morning.
  13. Nice job Andrew!
  14. Welcome aboard Dave. Give us a shout the next time you will be in state, and we will see what we can do about getting you on the big lake.
  15. Nice job Bill! Thanks for the fish porn.
  16. I cant make out the top row of spoons. Where's are the craig's x-mas?
  17. Long time no see. Hope things are going well for you.
  18. Welcome to the website Ryan.
  19. Actually....I host several websites, so this bill gets paid. When I visited this site and got the message, I checked some of the other sites and they were all up. So...I called the host and asked them what was up. It was explained that they were working on apache, and that this was one of the bigger sites on the server, and causing issues with the work they were doing. So, this one and 2 others were turned off to complete the work. Sorry for any of the confusion it may have caused.
  20. The account for this website was not suspended. The website was offline for 30 minutes while the host worked on the server. This is one of the bigger websites on the server, and had to be turned off while they did the work. I would think they could change the verbage on the text they put up when they turn a site off for doing repairs. Sorry for any confussion it may have caused.
  21. Nice job Kyle. It looks nasty out there.
