I picked up the Lowrance lcx-111c from Boaters World. Lowrance discontinued this unit and Boaters World was blowing them out the door at a very low price while other companies were still trying to get top dollar. I paid $1,300 for my NEW(not reconditioned) unit with a gps antenna and dual frequency transducer. This unit lists for around $2,300. Now the bad news. Boaters World is all out of them

I was in Walmart the other day, looking at digital cameras. I was talking with the person who works in that department. She told me that all of the new model camera's are coming out this week. All of the old models will be put on a clearance rack on Jan 3 or 4th. So...if you want a good deal on a new digital camera, check the clearance rack at your local Walmart store on Jan 3 and 4th.

I have my wire divers set up with Okuma Catalina's with line counters. The line counter on the Catalina is exclusive to Cabela's. So if you want a Catalina with a line counter, you have to purchase it from them. Oh yeah...the price tag on them last year was $99.99. I actually got mine on sale last year for $79.99.
