  1. I looked out the back window of the house this morning and saw this tom strutting in the woods. It wont be long now for some of you. I used a cheap tripod, this is why it jerks when I tried to move it. AVPxoQa1wcg

  4. I hooked up the muffs to each engine and fired them up today! Almost felt like I was sitting at the dock ready to go fishing. Then I opened my eyes and realized I was still in storage. Anyways....I replaced one of my altenators that was putting out 18v +. When I started the engine with the new alternator.....18v + again. When I turn the key on, it registers around 16 volts. Then when I start the engine, it pegs the gauge. I unhooked the wires to the starter last year because I had to pull the engine to change the engine coupler. Is it possible I dont have something hooked up correctly, and this is what is causing my excessive charging, or did I get a new bad altenator? Once I resolve this issue, GLF is going in the water! Here fishy, fishy, fishy.....
  5. I got er done today fellas! I brought my electrical meter so I could check the voltages. Everything was working correctly, except the trim was still not working. So....I took the trim motor apart. All of the brushes were stuck in the brush housings. I freed up the brushes, cleaned them and the commutator, and put it back together. Hit the trim switch and away it went. I also set the new trim sendors and cut off switch.

  10. Peewwww! Remember the beaches in the 70's with all the dead alewives. When you see that many fish washed up on a beach, makes you wonder how many fish are actually in each lake. Think of how many fish are in each Great Lake and what the shoreline would look like if they all died and washed ashore.
