Things have changed and I will be able to fish. Sign me up for the tourney(s) and for the BIG FISH contest. Can someone tell me how to get to Muskegon?

A couple of weeks ago a boat from Manistee pulled the unmarked nets. I "think" they got all 3, but I am not 100% sure.

Those numbers are still good. However, they are not the first set of nets. They are 2 nets between these and the piers. These 2 nets run approx 110-130FOW. I do not have the numbers for these nets with me. There are lots of nets to the South. They range from 60-130FOW. If you head South, make sure your driver keeps their eyes open.

Congrats Tim and Team Double Down on your 3rd place in the Big Red Classic am division. Good luck in the Waypoint in Saugatuck this weekend.

Any thoughts on becoming a charter captain? You obviously know how to adjust to the conditions, and "catch" fish!

I agree 100%! This is how the weekend anglers can stay on top of the game without having to be on the water 7 days a week. Between watching the weather a couple of days prior to fishing, and reading fishing reports from my area, I have a really good idea on where I will be fishing, and what to use.

I just thought of something. Did your new Fish Hawk come with the old probe or the new probe? If it came with the old probe, I would ask to exchange it for the new probe or return it and get a unit from another place with the new probe.

Hummm...new rods, reels, lures, Fish Hawk. Next thing you know you will have a case of 2' idus. ie....you will want a bigger boat.

Nice job Jason. We see the same thing salmon fishing. I remember a trip last year in October. There was one other boat and myself out there. I passed this boat on the way out, and put at least 1/2 mile between us. The next thing I know, this boat is beside us setting up and cutting us off. I spun the boat around and head the opposite direction to get away from it. Next thing I know, he is beside us again. I picked up a couple of fish and spun the boat back around to go through the area again. He spun his boat around and was on my gps lines. One HUGE lake, 2 boats, and I am getting crowded.

There currently is a pocket of cold water in closer(50FOW) to shore. It is loaded with fish. It will probably be gone tomorrow with the strong South winds pushing the warm water back in.
