  9. The big fish contest is Sept 20th with a blow date of Sept 21st. Rules Weigh largest King Salmon AKA Chinook Entry fee - $100 per boat, includes captain T-shirt Fishing Time: 6:30am - 12:30pm Boats must leave from Grand Haven or fish from Grand Haven Pier All DNR Rules Apply Weigh-in time: when you return, fish must be weighed in by 1:30pm The Weigh Site - the Grand Haven Water Front Stadium; weigh-in docking available in slips 1 & 2 of the Municipal Marina Awards: following the completion of the weigh-in appoxiamately 2:00pm PAYOUTS Possible Payouts (based on 50 boats entered) 1st Place - $1250 2nd Place - $650 3rd Place - $500 4th Place - $400 5th Place - $250 Entry form The Big King Fishing Contest is part of the Salmon Fesitival Sept 19-21.   17. The shock cord will prevent you from loosing your gear in the snubber breaks. I broke a snubber earlier this year, and did not loose anything.
  18. Any boats fishing the 60FOW ranges? I think the lake flipped.....but have not been out to confirm.
